FOND DU LAC COUNTY, WI — Part of Wisconsin State Highway 44 was blocked in both directions near Ripon late Tuesday afternoon following a crash, according to 511 Wisconsin.
The accident took pace at Fletcher Road and was first recorded by 511 at 4:55 p.m.
Authorities have not yet disclosed the cause of the incident, but both northbound and southbound lanes of WIS-44 were closed for over an hour.

By 6:18 p.m., crews had cleared the scene from the roadway, restoring all lanes to traffic.
